Trick or treat?
Waiting to spend a joyful Halloween night here’s a simple and delicious recipe:
PREPARATION TIME 40 minutes
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
• 1 roll of frozen puff pastry
• 1/4 of pumpink
• sugar to taste
• cinnamon to taste
• 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
Cut the pumpkin into cubes and add a little water; then cook it until you can crush it and reduce it to a purée.
Cover it with sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon, add a tablespoon of bread crumbs and cook again until the complete withdrawal of water and pumpkin takes a creamy consistency.
Once thawed the roll of puff pastry, lay it on baking paper, spread with cream of pumpkin, add one more dusting of canneella powder, then roll it up and close the ends to not allow the pumpkin to go out during cooking.
Once formed the roll, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on the outer surface, then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
When cooked, cut into slices, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve
